Yogadarshanam is a renowned yoga institute located in the yoga capital of India—Mysore, Karnataka. Known for its holistic and traditional approach to yoga, the center attracts students from across the globe. Founder and Leadership
The institute is led by Yogacharya Santhosh Kumar, a highly respected yoga teacher with decades of experience. He has personally trained thousands of students from more than 90 countries. His teachings emphasize not just the physical practice of yoga but also the deeper dimensions—spirituality, philosophy, and self-transformation.
Teaching Philosophy
Yogadarshanam follows a Gurukula-inspired teaching system, blending modern pedagogy with traditional values. The focus is not only on physical postures (asanas) but also on breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, philosophy, chanting, and lifestyle practices. Students are encouraged to see yoga as a holistic discipline that unites body, mind, and spirit, rather than just a form of exercise.
